Dr. Mario Alberti was raised in Sherman Oaks, California and attented Loyola Marymount University for his undergraduate studies.  While volunteering as a dental assistant in 1981 he decided to make dentistry a career.  In 1983, he moved to Chicago and enrolled in Northwestern University Dental School.  After graduation, he worked as an associate in "The Loop" in Downtown Chicago for one and a half years.  In September 1988 he and his wife moved to San Diego and associated until 1996 when he established a general dentistry practice in La Jolla.  In April of 2004, Dr. Alberti moved his practice to a new location in La Jolla. Dr Alberti has a son who is an engineering student at Purdue University, while his wife is a lecturer at the University of San Diego.  

Dr. Alberti maintains current knowlege on the latest technology through active membership and several professional organizations including: The American Dental Association, San Diego County Dental Association and The California Dental Association.
